MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store.
- Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
- Perform other duties as required by the management team.
