WINNER Recruitment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, compliance, and candidate care. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct CV searches on job boards and internal databases
- Carry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidates
- Support candidates through the onboarding process
- Ensure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentation
- Conduct driving compliance checks, where applicable
- Liaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placement
- Regularly review recruitment needs with the Account Manager
- Maintain and update administrative trackers
- Manage and process candidate timesheets
- Perform regular compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to standards
- Promote live vacancies across social media channels, including LinkedIn
