We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Business Partner to support our venues in Scotland & North East England. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing plans of your assigned venues, driving revenue targets aligned with local and national business goals.

As our Regional Marketing Business Partner, you will:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to understand the national business strategy and ensure local campaigns are aligned and maximized locally.
  • Develop local marketing plans with general managers across all customer segments, bringing their venue propositions to life and meeting venue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with general managers to become a trusted marketing advisor.
  • Support event and hospitality initiatives for high-value customers in collaboration with casino GMs and the HVC marketing team.
  • Coordinate with slots, poker, and sports marketing managers to incorporate their insights into local plans.
  • Engage with suppliers and agencies to source resources at a local level.
  • Create consistent venue plans and conduct ROI analyses to measure success and replicate effective activities.
  • Ensure local marketing complies with regulations and aligns with brand standards.
  • Work closely with the central marketing team to support brand strategy and ensure local activities support overall brand goals.
  • Maintain brand standards across all channels, including venue and social media.
  • Coordinate with the national marketing calendar and ensure local implementation.
  • Support HVC activity in line with strategy and assist in executing national campaigns.
  • Represent the marketing team at venue level to promote brand vision and operational alignment.
  • Engage with PR, social media, CRM, and promotions teams to develop engaging marketing content.
  • Build relationships with retail operations, general managers, and online/mobile teams.
  • Bring best-in-class retail marketing practices to Grosvenor.
  • Act as the brand ambassador within venues, ensuring initiatives are compliant and socially responsible.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, leisure, or multi-venue business.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver retail marketing strategies in customer-driven environments.
  • Experience leading retail marketing initiatives and managing projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in innovative brand teams and delivering successful campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the leisure and gaming sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer-led marketing environments and ROI analysis.
  • Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel within the Grosvenor estate, including overnight stays.
