Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage the procurement of Aluminium (Extrusions) for their global operations, based in Filton. The role involves end-to-end management of the Aluminium ConBid process, leading projects within the Commodity Strategy Group (CSG), and supporting procurement strategy deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic Aluminium (Extrusions) suppliers to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets.
- Contribute to the company's commodity strategy using market intelligence.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and reviews.
- Manage Enablement and ConBid processes to optimize demand and identify contractual issues.
