Interim Financial Controller

Acuity Associates are partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation based in Bristol to seek an Interim Financial Controller to start immediately. This is a 3 month exciting opportunity for a finance professional to take ownership of financial operations and provide key strategic support. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency measures. Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audits. Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. Ideal Candidate: Desirable – experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics. Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within manufacturing or relatable sectors. Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
