Technical Operations Lead

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting again for our successful Life Science client based in Larne. As part of ongoing growth, I am looking for a Technical Operations Lead to join the team, supporting and advancing manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical QMS activities including non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
• Act as SME during audits and inspections.

• Provide hands-on support for manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot process issues, support critical operations, and ensure GMP adherence.

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• Monitor and report on performance KPIs.

• Lead and mentor a team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and technical development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Proven expertise in GMP, QMS activities, and technical problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
