Are you a Head of Marketing / Growth Marketer with expertise in crowdfunding or kickstarter campaigns, and B2C subscription model marketing? We’ve partnered with an incredible tech innovator who is about to launch a ground-breaking tech device powered by AI, alongside their existing and highly successful online knowledge hub and eCommerce offering. They already have global reach, and this new product launch is going to be a gamechanger! What you’ll be doing The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketer will work closely with, and report directly to the Founder. You’ll be their sole Marketing Lead, with a range of external agency resources at your fingertips (later down the line you are likely to build a team but for now it’s all outsourced). The Head of Marketing / Growth Marketer role is likely to go beyond typical product growth marketing, and will include applying your past Kickstarter / Crowdfunding campaign experience to help the Founder and wider business understand what it takes to run a successful campaign and how it might fit with their product growth strategy. What experience you’ll need to apply Growth Marketing / Product launch strategy experience Knowledge and experience of running marketing campaigns leveraging Kickstarter or other crowdfunding platforms Strong marketing background and able to quickly understand an innovative product and target audience Experience marketing innovative hardware / devices and subscription model products What you’ll get in return for your experience A competitive salary in the region of £80,000-£100,000 (possible flex for the right person) plus benefits Hybrid working (2-3 days in Bristol to enable close working with the Founder and tech/product teams) Join a diverse and inclusive, global team Opportunity to launch a groundbreaking tech product which will enhance users’ daily lives Chance to bring huge value to a highly ambitious team where there’s lots to be done – shape your role based on your strengths and expertise.
