The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will own the design and execution of successful training solutions that are aligned with the specific needs of the JCI sales management teams. This role will be critical in the skill building of selling, solution, and building of customer relationships for the Sales organization. It includes working with the training staff to analyze assessments and reports to provide feedback to leadership. You will build a continuum of learning and skill building for the Sales organization, and support field technical training needs as required.
How will you do it
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within each of the stakeholder departments, including Management and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Identify, assess, and analyze business requirements and training gaps to design effective learning solutions.
- Build and monitor training roadmap for specific roles with client group.
- Design training programs for new hire and tenured employees within roles, leveraging content with the peer Sales, Sales Trainers, along with partnering with the technical training group.
- Develop training programs to enhance user proficiency in Salesforce system operations.
- Develop role-specific content development, identify delivery methods, and build assessments and tests. Will also participate in these activities.
- Execute on learning solutions that impact large scale change in skill or behaviour to your assigned learning group.
- Project manage the training programs end-to-end while interfacing with internal and external partners to achieve program objectives.
What we look for
Required
- Extensive experience in Sales or Operations Training, Sales Engineering and/or Sales Enablement role.
- Active knowledge of English and Spanish language – written and spoken.
- Experience in Training Development and Delivery.
- Good knowledge of Sales Force.
- Deep knowledge of fire safety technology, products and market is a huge plus.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred
- Experience in conducting training sessions on effective Salesforce system use.
- Systems experience with MS Office Suite, NetMeeting, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, SnagIt, Captivate, Flash, DreamWeaver, Articulate.
- Previous Sales and Operations training experience.
