Senior Online Content Manager

The Role At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. This time, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Online Content Manager who will be working with James from our eCommerce team. What you will be doing The primary purpose of the Senior Online Content Manager is to ensure all on-site Merchandising and Marketing briefs are executed on time to deliver the highest quality experience for our customers. Acting as the liaison to the customer service team, they will provide excellent client care in order to resolve all escalations. You’ll lead a team of 6 and so you’ll be an excellent people manager, driving performance and developing their skills. What we are looking for The Senior Online Content Manager specifically requires someone with strong eCommerce experience, ideally with Salesforce Commerce cloud. You’ll be a natural people manager, with great interpersonal and communication skills. You’ll of course be managing lots of deadlines, so strong organisation and prioritisation skills are a must. If you’ve got Power BI experience, then that’s a bonus too!
