Senior Communication Designer and Videographer

Alpha Creative is a boutique creative agency operating as a division of Alpha CRC, a global leader in localization services. We are a small, dynamic team within a larger organization, delivering high-quality creative solutions for both internal marketing requests and external clients. Our work spans internal commissions for Alpha CRC’s marketing department and external projects for a major Asian multinational. We are looking for a talented Senior Communication Designer and Videographer to join our team. Tasks

• Design and deliver high-quality B2B communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite, adhering to the brand guidelines of a major Asian multinational.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet design and brand requirements for both print and digital platforms.
• Edit raw video footage and create engaging motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating purchased templates when needed.
• Collaborate with account and project managers to ensure creative outputs meet project goals and deadlines.
• Mentor and support a junior team member, fostering team growth and collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communication design and videography.
• A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and print design work.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and creative editing techniques.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
• The ability to conceptualize and deliver impactful creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to mentor and work with junior team members.

Benefits

A competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000.
