The role:
- The Accounts Payable Advisor will be responsible for the timely processing and payment of invoices and other AP payment requests, including but not limited to:
- Invoice verification and validation (including exception handling).
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Query resolution.
- Telephony support.
- Payment processing.
You have:
- Solid experience working within a complex and challenging Accounts Payable function.
- An awareness of principles, practices, regulations and procedures relating to Accounts Payable and be able to contribute positively to the overall direction of the Accounts Payable function.
- Proficient in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel and excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Finance IT and payment systems (Preferred Oracle experience).
