About the site: East Kilbride Operations produce 20 million cases annually across 6 lines, including the only UK site producing Appletiser in glass. Role overview: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure equipment reliability through the Maintenance Plan, supporting maintenance execution and machine standards across manufacturing and distribution. Key responsibilities: Lead Root Cause Analysis and 5 Whys to prevent breakdowns. Manage six-year maintenance plans, including budgeting and OEM coordination. Upskill operators and technicians via on-the-job coaching. Coordinate escalation for maintenance or breakdown support. Prioritize corrective backlog to mitigate risks to equipment and production. Skills & requirements: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 4 or Degree). Experience in machine asset care and data analysis for root cause analysis. Strong written English and technical instruction skills. Experience with SAP preferred but not essential. Proficient in Excel.
