Description Oversee the transactional finance team and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely. Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure budget adherence. Conduct regular financial audits and present findings to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Provide training and guidance to finance staff as necessary. Assist in the development of the department\’s strategic plan. Profile A successful Transactional Finance Supervisor should have: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership and team skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
