This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and development of the technology infrastructure estate across multiple technology stacks, ensuring effective capacity management, reporting, and operational support. The role provides 3rd line support for Network and Communication Services Infrastructure, acting as a subject matter expert in incident and problem management, proactive maintenance, and the implementation of new technologies. It involves close coordination with 3rd party vendors, overseeing their support services, and ensuring the quality of technical delivery through detailed project planning and management. Key Responisblities: * Administer and configure Palo Alto Firewalls * Administer and configure the IT Core Cisco platform LAN/WAN * Administer and configure Core HP switches (LAN) * Administer and configure our Core WIFI Aruba solution * Administer and configure Load Balancing solutions (F5’s LTM/GTM) * Administer and configure packet shapers (River-Bed Steal-Head) * Develop and implement new technical solutions based on a wide variety of different technologies * Responsible for creating/owning LLD’s (Low Level Design) or the input into LLD’s where appropriate * Work as part of an on call rota and be part of a 24/7 support schedule Key Skills & Experience Required: * CCNA/CCNP certification * Experience implementing, configuring and supporting enterprise Cisco/HP LAN/WAN infrastructure * Experience supporting Palo Alto Security devices/Firewalls * Experience supporting Wi-Fi Aruba devices * Experience working in a fast-paced environment * Experience working with Cisco ISE – Desirable * Experience working with AWS – Desirable To arrange an initial interview please apply today
