We are working with a London based lender, who are currently looking for a relationship driven, highly motivated person to join the business. Someone that is committed to providing exceptional customer service to their network of brokers and clients.
You must have / be:
- A good understanding of the Bridging Finance Industry.
- Sales and lending experience within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience of working within the bridging sector.
- A good network of brokers and introducers.
- Able to generate leads and build new relationships with brokers and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyse and present financial information to show why a case is worth considering.
- Able to prioritise workload and manage loan pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Origination of bridging loan applications and supporting the underwriting team in what would be required to successful completion.
- Assessment of each loan application against lending criteria.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture broker and client relationships to gauge the needs of their requirements and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Enhancing all relationships by meeting them (where required) and discussing new cases.
- Attending events and industry functions as needed.
- Possessing a strong understanding of our offering, the competition in the industry and positioning.
- Work on own initiative to identify new target markets.
- Work with the underwriting team to develop proposals showing requirements, concerns and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities / strategies for campaigns and new channels of distribution that will lead to market share.
