A brand new Affiliate Marketing Manager role has come available for a rapidly growing multi-brand e-commerce business. The aim of this role is to bring in-house Affiliate Marketing from an agency where there is a clear focus on scaling the affiliate partnerships, driving exposure, and maximising sales through strategic collaborations with top-tier affiliate networks, influencers, and publishers.
Location: Greater Manchester - Onsite (Free parking available)
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a history of securing high-value affiliate deals.
- Manage budgets (up to Β£1m per yr) and commission structures, optimising CPA and ROAS across partnerships.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI.
- An established network of affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers is highly desirable.
- Coordinate promotional calendars with affiliates to align with major campaigns (e.g., ITV shopping events, influencer partnerships, and flash sales).
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Awin, Sovendus, Redu Group, Zilch, Rakuten, Skimlinks, Partnerize).
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners.
