About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing Licence & Distribution Agreements, invoicing royalties, and maintaining accurate records for our licensed growers across Europe. Acting as a key link between partners and the Business Development Team, you’ll ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent communication. Operating in a dynamic B2B supply chain, you will engage with clients at all levels—from large-scale growers to retailers—gaining hands-on industry experience in a globally connected business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process & analyse sales orders
  • Invoice royalties & sales orders
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles & records
  • Update pricing matrices & stock management
  • Communicate with network partners across Europe
  • Develop in-depth product & brand knowledge
  • Support the International Partner Network Team
  • Extract key insights from documents & figures, presenting information clearly
  • Travel within Europe when required

  • Fluency in German, Italian, and English (spoken & written)
