We take the birds-eye view to work with the rest of the business to drive commercial sales, form strategic partnerships, evolve our customer experience and identify key areas that are missing from the team. JOB PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Hospitality marketing strategy, lead generation and product awareness. You will combine strategic thinking with rolling up your sleeves to deliver the marketing plan and collaborate with the wider marketing function at Silverstone. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy & Execution: Balance strategic marketing – identify the key levers to success – with day-to-day execution. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Developing and executing marketing strategies focused on lead generation and converting leads into sales to drive revenue growth. Brand awareness: Ensuring strong brand placement and managing sponsorship opportunities to enhance our market presence. Creative: Take the lead on developing creative assets and ensuring they are used in line with our brand standard Sales Team collaboration: Working alongside the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and the team have the collateral they require CRM: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to oversee the Hospitality CRM programme, aiming to continually improve lead generation and nurturing. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Setting up and maintaining marketing reporting processes to track ROI and attribute at least one-third of our revenue to marketing activities. Product Development: Work with commercial and revenue team to continually improve the proposition offer. Budget Management: Create and working within a marketing budget but adapt when needed to achieve commercial objectives. TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES Creating a culture of mutual support, honesty, challenge, innovation and ambition Promote at all times the professional image of the company by ensuring high standards of both professionalism and personal presentation. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Performance will be monitored against the following: Objectives set through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process. KEY RELATIONSHIPS Revenue Hospitality Marketing Finance KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years in a manager level marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion Willing to take a hands-on approach in executing campaigns and not just delegating tasks. Experience managing team members, with the ability to develop them. Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in optimising CRM programmes Proven ability to create and execute marketing plans that deliver measurable revenue results. Able to present marketing attribution lead generation performance. SUSTAINABILITY We don’t just look after our team and our fans. We want to look after our world too.
