Be primarily responsible for the management, strategy, and process for the notification, agreement, collection, and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- First notification of loss for D&O, PI, and Crime claims.
- Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters, and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.).
- Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment.
- Negotiate the payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwriters.
- Coordinate discussions and, where appropriate, meetings to ensure a superior level of communication between the client, underwriter, and their representatives concerning the proposed settlement.
- Experience dealing with claims from the First Notification of Loss to resolution.
- Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims and confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with their networks, clients, underwriters, and experts.
- Experience of the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferable).
