My client is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Architect looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact, to contribute to a portfolio of exciting and diverse projects, typically within the Residential sector.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

1. Develop and present architectural designs that align with client requirements and site conditions.
2. Manage projects through all phases, from initial consultation and planning to design, documentation, and construction oversight.
3. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
4. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.
2. Proficiency in Revit.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
4. A passion for sustainable and innovative design.
