On our client’s behalf, we are seeking a Solicitor or Fee Earner to assist with their growing caseload within the litigation department. The role is full-time and permanent with opportunities for hybrid working.

You will be working alongside the Head of Department and other litigation fee earners, assisting with existing workloads and trial work while also taking on your own files. The firm is on the panel of a major legal expenses insurance provider, which means that the range and quality of the cases you will work on is high and includes high-value and complex commercial litigation, complex possession, property claims (including landlord and tenant), title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.

For the role, you will have a strong legal background within litigation law and experience managing a busy, mixed caseload. You will be confident in your own attributes and abilities, able to join and work well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and client care skills. This is an exciting prospect for a driven and motivated litigator looking to join an ambitious, busy, and supportive team of like-minded individuals.

Salary is competitive with the potential to earn a generous bonus on top of the basic income. The department and the firm itself are ambitious and innovative and continue to seek opportunities for growth and expansion.

  • Opportunities to progress through the business
  • Ongoing support and training
  • Discount on services (subject to length of service)
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Exam and Study Leave
