Overview
Key Duties (including but not limited to):
- Providing high quality support and advice to insurance and reinsurance clients in the UK and globally.
- Delivering expertise in key areas of experience to clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and building a network in the life insurance industry.
- Identifying and developing additional consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Collaborating across the business, especially with investment and risk transfer specialists, on cross-practice projects.
- Enhancing their digital toolkit to improve consulting services.
Qualifications required:
Likely qualified UK actuaries with relevant post-qualification experience or professionals with other investment or quantitative risk qualifications.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in building capital models or developing capital modeling methodologies, with knowledge of Solvency II/Solvency UK requirements, either in-house at an insurer or in consulting.
- Experience in project planning and delivering quality work on time.
- Strong consulting skills and a proven record of achievement and delivery.
