An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Group Fleet department in Droitwich. We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Coordinator who will play a key part in our Corporate Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the LBDM Sales team, Corporate Customers, and Leasing companies. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Excellent basic salary with an OTE up to £34,000 plus benefits.
The Role:
- Managing the order process with LBDM’s, Leasing Companies and Corporate Customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Ongoing updating of the various ordering systems.
- Producing quotations for customers.
- Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders.
- Booking customer new vehicle deliveries.
- Booking customer demonstration vehicles.
In this position, exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and customer service skills are essential. While knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience. The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally. In addition, you will get a real buzz from organising and hitting both deadlines and targets.
