Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As an Electronics team member, this role will involve the production of high-quality electronic products from start to finish in the manufacturing process, including programming, configuration, assembly, calibration, and packing/final inspection, always seeking to improve the customer experience using Lean manufacturing.
  • Becoming a Lean thinker using tools like 3S, Kanban, FWBY (fix what bugs you), and adopting 2SL (2 second Lean).
  • Work with your team members, Team leaders, and Manager to continuously improve processes with the tools provided.
  • Host small Team meetings.
  • Creation and updating of standard work to ensure robust processes are in place.
  • Work as part of a team that delivers high-quality parts on time for a great customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Electronics experience needed.
  • Ideally 5 years' experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Basic understanding of ATEX standards within Manufacturing.
  • Strong Soldering Skills.
