The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and potential contract extension. Responsibilities include: Managing and delivering fire safety projects, including fire safety measures, lift replacements, fire doors, compartmentation, and sprinklers. Collaborating closely between the project delivery team and surveying team. Surveying residential properties across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire. Ensuring all work complies with budget, H&S standards, and legislation. Qualifications and experience required: Background in fire safety. Experience conducting surveys on residential properties. Experience in social housing or the public sector. Project management experience. Benefits: Salary between £34,000 and £41,000. £750 car allowance. Mileage reimbursed.
