OverviewWe are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese speaking Core Account Executive with fantastic relationship-building skills to join our team in London.
The successful individual is expected to continue to drive and forge relationships with existing clients, renewing and upselling.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Core Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts across Brazil – strengthening existing relationships, retaining current spend, and generating new revenue by upselling multiple Chambers products. The position will contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment whilst holding a full quota for your book of business. It requires working across multiple stakeholders, dealing with frequent deadlines, and requires excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must.
You will work flexibly in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales team on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and remotely for the rest of the week.
Main duties and responsibilities
Account management – managing the growth and retention ofyour client base.
Consultative approach, understanding the client\’s needs and offering solutions from our portfolio.
Work autonomously with your book of clients, upselling and cross-selling our products.
Calling clients, pitching, presenting solutions and developing relationships with existing decision makers.
Additional responsibilities
Review and translatemarketing material
Assisting Customer Success team where necessary
Building internal relationships with Marketing, Events, Product and Research teams
Skills and Experience
Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
Enjoyment of relationship building and account management.
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience – closing is required
Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
Knowledge of Legal markets is advantageous.
