Service Administrator – (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time) Location: Farnborough Closing date: 12th January 2025 Salary: Up to £24,000 depending on experience The opportunity: We’re looking for someone to join an experienced team of Service Administrators at Zurich Municipal. Our team is passionate about our customers, which drives every decision and action we take! We pride ourselves on providing innovative solutions to meet our customer’s needs and aim to exceed expectations by delivering the highest quality service. As a Zurich Municipal Service Administrator, you will help shape and develop the operational direction of this specialist sector. Although this is not a face-to-face customer role, you will support our Sales and Underwriting teams in delivering for our customers, engaging with them via email and telephone. This role is available part-time, job-share, or full-time, as we recognize that the best candidates may not be available full-time. If this is you, please discuss your flexibility during the interview. What will you be doing? You can expect no two days to be the same. You’ll work with your team and the wider Zurich Municipal Sales Team daily. Responsibilities include: Providing a standout service experience for customers and stakeholders. Delivering quality and timely solutions, supporting end-to-end renewal and new business processes while adhering to legal and governance requirements. Logging complaints and providing closure information. Analyzing data to assist the Sales and Underwriting teams in achieving targets. Managing data quality to support accurate reporting and forecasting for the wider business. Taking ownership of your workload and supporting colleagues to deliver our collective workload. If you identify ways to improve processes, we encourage you to share your ideas to boost effectiveness and efficiency. What are we looking for? Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is not essential; we value a willingness to learn and contribute. Key qualities include: Strong communication skills to work with various functions. Ability to make decisions using data and judgment for the best outcomes. Attention to detail and willingness to challenge processes. Adaptability to different workloads and pressures.
