The role requires someone proficient in managing residential properties, industrial units and offices, involving tasks such as: Managing tenancies Marketing of void premises (arranging viewings/heads of terms) New tenant onboarding (including inventories, reading meters, tenant obligations, etc.) Managing repairs and maintenance Overseeing relevant insurances The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, external professionals, and tenants.
