Exceptional new position available for a Property Estate Manager with both Commercial & Residential experience, to join and manage a unique property portfolio all based around the York region.

The role requires someone proficient in managing residential properties, industrial units and offices, involving tasks such as:

  • Managing tenancies
  • Marketing of void premises (arranging viewings/heads of terms)
  • New tenant onboarding (including inventories, reading meters, tenant obligations, etc.)
  • Managing repairs and maintenance
  • Overseeing relevant insurances

The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, external professionals, and tenants.

Applicants could hold qualifications such as MRICS, MNAEA, MARLA, but these are not essential.

The salary is circa £40,000 to £45,000.
