Trust us, you won’t get bored, as you:
- are the strategic sales lead for multiple destinations in the UK, Scotland and Ireland
- establish, train, and empower the local sales team while actively participating in recruitment efforts for new team members
- cultivate and enhance relationships with customers and business partners to foster enduring loyalty
- serve as a brand ambassador for Ruby, ensuring the qualification and categorization of (potential) customers and partners across existing and emerging markets
- drive market analysis and strategic groundwork for new Ruby destinations, elevating brand awareness within the network
- analyse and develop the regional sales strategy and take the local sales team to a new level through agile project management
- oversee designated markets, hotels, and Ruby Sales Representatives, fostering growth in new markets, target demographics, and leads to bolster market share
- engage in international trade shows and sales excursions to convey Ruby spirit while participating in contract negotiations with prospective clients and coaching the sales team
- collaborate closely with all sales colleagues from all over Europe and push the cross-selling of all Ruby destinations and foster cross-departmental exchange

- a loveseller able to look back on professional experience in sales and account management, preferably in the hotel industry or another lifestyle segment
- a background or training in the hotel industry and understand its key figures
- strong leadership skills and are passionate about identifying your team members’ potentials, strengths and fields of development
- ready to travel for Ruby and have the courage to take responsibility for unpleasant decisions while finding solutions independently
- a talent for self-organization, especially time management and project management
- confident shaping change management sustainably and empathically with a goal-oriented and strategic approach
