As the Head of Clinical Practice /Allied Health Professionals you are the Lead Clinician for TVC and will be responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient care. You will lead across several key areas: Clinical leadership for direct care staff Developing a Nursing and AHP workforce strategy including training & development and procedural management Cross system working to achieve best outcomes and continuous service developments across the MDT in all homes.
