- Trend Analysis & Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying these insights to projects and sharing knowledge with junior and mid-weight designers.
- Activation Support: Collaborate with the operations, marketing, and sales teams to support activation concepts, creating renders and presentations for client pitches and supplier briefs.
- Leadership & Development: Lead and develop two direct reports, fostering continuous professional growth for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration & Performance: Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve event objectives. Work with the Project Manager to organise team workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
- Onsite Supervision & Contribution: Supervise onsite teams during events, encouraging inclusivity and team morale. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering tasks efficiently. Collaborate effectively with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
