The Role

  • Market Research - Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights.
  • Market Mapping - Conduct detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures and potential talent pools.
  • Candidate Sourcing - Using databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent.
  • Client Reporting - Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients.
  • Relationship Building - Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
  • Screening & Assessment - Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the clients.
  • Process Coordination - Oversee timelines and workflows for each search, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to deadlines.
