Mission: Manage the relationship with assigned European Key Customer in order to increase our market share and profitability. Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with European Key Customers to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships. To implement and execute the European Customer’s agreed Account Plan. Builds the Saica Flex brand identity and develops Saica Flex’s value proposition. Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives. Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Work with Market Innovation Manager to fulfil customer expectations on Innovation. Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective European Key Customers to increase product awareness. Participate in trade shows and fairs and support events.

Fluent in English, French or Spanish C1 desired.
