As an ACP, you will be at the heart of our geriatric non-acute/rehabilitation wards, working closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care as they transition from acute medical wards at Kings Mill Hospital to their homes. You will have the autonomy to make complex clinical decisions, deliver advanced therapeutic interventions, and lead clinical practices.
