Inclusive Consulting are partnering exclusively with a forward thinking organisation to recruit a QHSE Manager. The company is world class and operates on an international basis operating in the b2b arena for a cutting edge technology. We are looking for a proactive leader passionate about Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) excellence to lead the company’s commitment to compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. About the Role As the QHSE Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take ownership of the quality management systems, ensuring alignment with ISO9001, API Q1, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. You will lead on health, safety, and environmental practices while driving initiatives that improve the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management: * Implement and maintain robust management systems. * Lead internal audits and manage corrective and preventive actions. * Oversee supplier approval systems and customer satisfaction surveys. Health & Safety: * Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. * Manage health surveillance and staff well-being initiatives. Strategic Leadership: * Act as the Company’s Quality Representative. * Provide insights and data on the cost of poor quality. * Deliver reports on business management system performance to key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For To be successful you will have proven experience in QHSE management, preferably within ISO-compliant environments. Along with strong leadership and organizational skills, you will also have expertise in audit processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
