Our client is a dynamic premium drinks business on an impressive commercial trajectory with a tremendous track record of growth and success in the UK On and Off Trade. To continue this impressive journey, we are now recruiting a Digital & E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team to lead, develop and deliver the digital marketing and E-commerce strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the digital marketing strategy including website management, development of social media platforms, management of brand guidelines across all online platforms and management of online marketing activations.
- Develop & implement best-in-class eCommerce marketing plans to grow sales across UK retailers including e-tailers, online specialists and leading grocery customers such as Ocado, Amazon, DrinkSupermarket, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
- Manage Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation Providers.
- Working with the sales teams, help build & deploy the perfect e-store presence.
- Be responsible for flawless, end-to-end individual digital and eCommerce campaign planning, management & execution.
Candidate Requirements:
- Best in class, continuous, digital marketing experience working with drinks or FMCG brands.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of practical hands-on exposure to delivering excellent eCommerce digital activations for national retailers.
- Good consumer brand experience from Drinks, FMCG or other consumer goods markets.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Established social media development and tracking skills.
- Analytical mindset, strong insight leveraging abilities and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be based and eligible to work in the UK. This hybrid role will require relatively regular office contact in West Yorkshire. Candidates meeting the brief and experience requirements will be contacted within 2 weeks of their application.
