Welder / Fabricator

A leading Steel Fabrication company based in Colpy, Insch, is currently recruiting for a number of Welder / Fabricators to join their organisation on a permanent basis. Salary and Benefits: Hourly rate; between £12.50 and £21 p/h depending on experience Overtime; uncapped at x1.5 basic rate and double time on a Sunday. Overtime is readily available and not capped. Hours per week: 39 with an early finish on a Friday Location: Colpy, Insch Annual leave allowance : 29 days Key Responsibilities: Interpret and execute welding plans from blueprints and technical drawings. Carry out welding and fabrication processes using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques. Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets the highest standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety protocols. Skills / Experience required: Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in industrial or commercial settings. Proficient in various welding methods and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, City & Guilds) preferred.
