A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Reward & HR Systems Assistant on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position that sits within their renowned HR Team in London and will have exposure across Rewards, Benefits, Systems and Payroll.

Salary to £33,000 with excellent benefits. Hybrid working two days a week in the office, three remote. Friendly and collaborative culture and working environment. Role can be carried out Full or Part-Time (4 day week minimum).

Key Responsibilities of the Reward & HR Systems Assistant:
  • Assisting the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to prepare draft salary and bonus review information.
  • Assist the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser with the preparation of salary and bonus review communications.
  • Assisting the Senior Payroll & Reward Adviser in the preparation of monthly payroll and benefits checking and the annual benefits renewal.
  • Being the first port of call for any salary or benefit related queries.
  • Assisting the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in the annual salary and bonus reviews including running reports and document and report preparation.
  • Assisting with the annual benefits renewal project, collating policies and documents and publishing finalised benefit communications to staff throughout the year.
  • Assist the HR Systems and Analyst with producing monthly reports.
  • Assist the Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst with data and analysis of the engagement and appraisal systems.
  • Payroll & Reward Adviser with monthly payroll processing, annual P11D process and Starters and Leavers.

  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Clear communication skills including concise and accurate written communication.
