Our client – a leading corporate and B2B comms consultancy in London, famous for its excellent culture – is looking for their next stellar Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. This person will play a key role in their accounts, co-ordinating day-to-day activity across integrated programmes across sectors as diverse as sustainability, fintech/FS, adtech, and many others. This could be leading a campaign sell-in, advising clients, creating content to promote a CCAG public meeting or writing a thought leadership piece.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing and maintaining multiple relationships within client organisations
- Advising clients on day-to-day activity
- Playing an active role in meetings, presenting confidently and effectively
- Dividing responsibilities and tasks between you and the team to ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard
- Spotting any issues that present a threat to the account and flagging this to your team leads, working together to manage them
- Managing trackers / WIPs / meeting agendas to ensure all tasks are up to date and moving forward, with support from junior team members
- Experience in a B2B and/or corporate agency environment
- Strong media operator
- A proactive approach
- Content creation skills – strong copywriter and experience creating visual assets
- Strong project manager and team co-ordinator
