Our Team Leveraging a comprehensive network that spans Europe, Africa, The Gulf, and Asia Pacific, the projects practice at Pinsent Masons LLP offers specialists in key sub-sectors including energy, infrastructure, and real estate developments. Our Tier 1 Scottish infrastructure team, led by key partners Stuart Barr and Victoria Miller, is highly active across the UK and Ireland, advising a broad range of private and public sector clients on infrastructure projects from procurement and bid phases through construction, operation, and handback. Legal Director Chris Owens specializes in student accommodation DBFO procurements, advising universities and private sector clients. Work highlights: Advised the University of Sussex on its procurement of 1,900 beds of student accommodation on the Falmer campus in partnership with Balfour Beatty.
