This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our Retail division with the view of moving into an Engineering Lead role. Location: Bristol. Division: Retail.

Responsibilities

• You will take full responsibility from tender to completion for a fit out/refurbishment project in varying value up to £10m+.
• Attend, and chair where appropriate, meetings with Clients, designers, specialist contractors and other team members
• Contribute to and/or produce the regular Project Report and attend Project Meetings
• Review designers and contractors’ drawings for completeness of information and compliance with contract requirements (specification, ER, etc)
• Check ongoing installation for compliance with contract requirements and Industry best practice
• Provide expertise in planning and executing the building services engineering delivery and associated commissioning

Skills and Experience

• Industry recognised qualification within Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Has managed at a Senior level medium sized projects (£10m+) and preferably at least one large (£20m+) project
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process, preferably fit out/refurbishment based
• Pre-construction knowledge/tender experience
