Reframe is seeking Certified Coaches and Mental Health Professionals to connect directly with clients through our Thrive Coaching platform within the app and work to help them accomplish their goals of cutting back or removing alcohol from their lives. This role is an independent contractor position and successful candidates will have a passion for helping others and will work directly with their specific clients to find solutions that work in their day-to-day lives. They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mentality to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for their clients and the platform as a whole. Coaches will also be able to lead and/or support Reframe community meetings via Zoom that help users stay accountable, share ideas, and receive support from the Reframe community.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with your clients through text chat and virtual 1-on-1 video sessions to offer support and guidance as they work to address their relationship with alcohol.
- Daily interaction with clients is mainly through texting via the app and/or online computer access.
- Conduct shorter Discovery calls with potential clients to answer questions and determine whether the client/coach relationship would be a good fit.
- Lead community meetings via Zoom where all Reframe users can share their experiences and get support from our coaching team and the community as a whole.
- Collaborate with coaching team to help continually improve the platform and the service we offer coaching clients as well as the broader Reframe community as a whole.
What To Bring
- Relevant coaching certification(s) or a mental health professional background with a focus on helping people address alcohol’s role in their life.
- Willingness to communicate with clients through different methods (i.e., texting through the platform via phone/computer, sending short video/audio messages, Zoom sessions).
- Willingness to lead Zoom community meetings and/or support through moderation of the Zoom chat.
