Overview

We are seeking a passionate KS2 Primary teacher for one of our Liverpool based Primary schools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that children\’s outcomes and well‑being is central to all decisions, developments and actions.
  • Inspire and motivate children and staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Demonstrate an inclusive approach towards teaching and learning for all pupils.
  • Plan and prepare exciting and engaging lessons.
  • Teach, according to the children’s educational needs, the children in your class.
  • Disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
  • Be innovative, highly motivated and eager.
  • Be committed to on‑going professional development.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a KS2 teacher.
  • An enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
  • A CV that must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English, Maths and Science.
  • Undergraduate education degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • In‑school teaching experience.
  • Fluent level of English, spoken and written.
