About the Role
Moorside Legal, a key entity within APN Group, is a dynamic new law firm specialising in debt recovery. We are committed to delivering high-quality legal services and pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a Legal Administrator to assist our dedicated Paralegal team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing general support for the Paralegal team
- Assisting Paralegals with administrative tasks involved in running their caseload
- Liaising with the Court to ensure claims are progressing or to chase updates
- Raising queries with clients to seek their instructions
- Bundling witness statements
- Organising case evidence for the Paralegal to assess
- Keeping case records up to date
- Carrying out general administrative duties
About You
- A positive attitude and willingness to help
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to progress into a Paralegal role
