As our Reservationist you will be joining a dynamic team dealing with sales enquiries via telephone or email. You will ensure all guest room bookings and dinner reservations are dealt with in a flawless and professional manner using our Property Management System; Opera. You will liaise with the reception team and be responsible for your own administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To answer all incoming reservation calls, securing direct business
  • To respond in a timely manner to all email enquiries
  • To convert online business to maximise sales and revenue
  • To keep the customer database updated at all times, ensuring relevant profile notes are added
  • To ensure all business is balanced and produce End of Day Report
