Reservationist – Hook, Hampshire As our Reservationist you will be joining a dynamic team dealing with sales enquiries via telephone or email. You will ensure all guest room bookings and dinner reservations are dealt with in a flawless and professional manner using our Property Management System; Opera. You will liaise with the reception team and be responsible for your own administration. Key Responsibilities: To answer all incoming reservation calls, securing direct business To respond in a timely manner to all email enquiries To convert online business to maximise sales and revenue To keep the customer database updated at all times, ensuring relevant profile notes are added To ensure all business is balanced and produce End of Day Report At Elite Hotels we have a single minded and unwavering goal to make every visit to our hotels a positive experience that customers feel compelled to talk about.
