My client are seeking a dedicated and skilled Working Joinery Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fit out, shopfitting, and general construction roles. This position will involve working on projects nationwide and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all joinery and fit out activities on construction sites
- Manage and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and within project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers and site managers to plan and schedule work
- Enforce health and safety regulations and best practices on site
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered
Day-to-day
As a Working Joinery Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all joinery and fit out activities on our construction sites. This will involve managing a team of joiners and carpenters, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Qualifications
