An experienced Android Developer is required for a highly impactful project supporting a major defence organisation. This role involves building secure, robust Android applications used in mission-critical environments, working as part of a cross-functional Agile team on a sensitive UK Government programme.
You’ll play a key role in designing and developing Android solutions using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Room Database, contributing to an initiative that directly supports national security and operational efficiency. As an Android Developer, you’ll take part in sprint planning and estimation, actively contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the software meets strict functional and security requirements. Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience in Android development with Kotlin
- Proficient with Jetpack Compose and Room Database
