This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead the delivery of Performance Improvement within the Housing Department. Bolsover District Council is a dynamic and ambitious organisation that takes pride in delivering excellent services to our community whilst driving economic growth and environmental sustainability for the district.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking innovative new team and become the dedicated performance and data analyst resource for the Housing Department. This is a newly created role intended to deliver performance improvements in relation to the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards requirement. The successful applicant will deliver high quality data analysis to assist service delivery and improvements. The role will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Housing Performance and Strategy Service which includes the Tenant Engagement framework.

To be successful you will need:

  • Advanced theoretical and procedural knowledge of Housing Legislation.
  • A recognised Housing related qualification to graduate or professional qualification level or equivalent.
  • Practical experience of data extraction and analysis of key performance data and driving service improvement.
  • Digital competency and technical analytical skills including the ability to use customer insight tools and techniques in order to process, analyse and report on complex data.
  • Practical experience of managing and training staff.

The role is based within the Housing Department at the Arc, Clowne.
