Must Have’s
• Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service, ideally a role where you have been dealing with multiple people via phone and email
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle so you can attend viewings and check outs etc

Nice to Have’s
• Any previous experience within Property / Lettings

So, what will you be doing?
• Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
• Arranging and conducting property viewings with potential tenants
• Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process
• Negotiating tenancy terms and closing deals efficiently
• Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
• Coordinating references and right-to-rent checks

Helpful extras
• Full time, permanent, office-based role in the centre of Cheltenham
