The team liaises with acute units, enteral feeding companies, community hospitals, and nursing homes regarding home enteral feeding discharges, assessments, direct patient care, and staff training. The successful candidate should have experience in enteral feeding. Working with the Specialist Nutrition Nurses for Adults, you will gain expert knowledge and support patients at home to prevent hospital admissions.
